PROVYS at IBC 2025

Our focus was clear: bringing the entire broadcast workflow under one roof, with cloud flexibility and AI innovation.

At IBC 2025, PROVYS presented not only what is ready today, but also what we are building for tomorrow.

This year, our focus was clear: bringing the entire broadcast workflow under one roof, with cloud flexibility and AI innovation. Together with Stream Circle for live workflows and playout and Tweenly for creative graphics, PROVYS Sphere offers a ready-to-use yet highly customizable solution designed to scale with any broadcaster’s needs.

What innovations are prepared for you?

We continued investing in the PROVYS Sphere web client, improving usability, design, and reliability. A major effort has gone into testing and bug fixing to ensure smooth performance and future scalability.

  • Modern responsive design for seamless access anywhere.
  • Personalized user settings for greater efficiency.
  • Smarter content filtering to quickly find what matters most.
  • Intuitive graphic tools to simplify scheduling.

Automation tools

Automation is at the core of making broadcasting more efficient and reliable. This year, we introduced:

  • Standardized OPTA import for sports data integration, including teams, leagues, results and more.
  • Faster, smarter data processing through a new Server API.
  • Streamlined workflows with built-in standards for linear, non-linear and ad sales.
  • Automated testing for higher reliability.

Integrated AI to bring smarter workflows

Artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of PROVYS Sphere. The embedded AI Assistant supports users directly in their daily workflows, offering quick lookups, smart recommendations, and time-saving automation. Through AI access, partners and external teams can securely benefit from PROVYS insights, extending collaboration beyond the core system.

At the same time, AI-driven workflows automate routine tasks, capture organizational know-how, and ensure consistent, efficient processes. For broadcasters with unique needs, our custom AI solutions leverage deep learning to deliver predictive insights and advanced data evaluation, enabling tailored applications that drive real value.

Key focus areas

Looking ahead, our roadmap is centred on expanding efficiency and enabling broadcasters to adapt to shifting markets. You can look forward to these new planned features:

  • End-to-end planning, licensing, and media workflows.
  • Optimized planning for sports and live events.
  • Advanced ad scheduling with multi-criteria flexibility.
  • AI-powered next-generation workflows to stay ahead of industry challenges.

Facing a changing market together

The broadcasting market has been facing stormy conditions: tighter margins, shrinking audiences, and rapidly changing viewing behaviors. At PROVYS, we are committed to helping broadcasters not only adapt, but thrive.
