Strategic outlook for 2026

PROVYS Technologies will press ahead with its strategic transformation — a programme designed to strengthen the company’s technology, commercial, and operational foundations for the long term, as the media and software markets continue to evolve.

The development plan focuses on:

  • Continued development of the next generation of the PROVYS Sphere platform as a unified, cloud-native ecosystem for broadcast management, scheduling, content distribution, and media workflow.
  • Completing further stages of the PROVYS Sphere web, extending coverage of core processes across TV operations, scheduling, rights, production, and commercial workflows.
  • The company will also begin transitioning its commercial and licensing model towards long-term cloud and service-based arrangements, with a sharper focus on value-based pricing.
  • Deeper integration of PROVYS Sphere and Stream Circle into a single, end-to-end technology and commercial solution — covering everything from planning through to content distribution for broadcasters and media organisations.
  • Continued migration of customers to the myPROVYS.com cloud environment, alongside standardisation of customer installations, operational automation, and centralised version management.
  • A systematic rollout of AI tools across internal processes — spanning software development, customer support, sales, project management, and knowledge management.
  • Building a shared AI infrastructure to tap into internal knowledge, documentation, project data, and source code, with the goal of boosting team productivity and accelerating development and implementation.
  • Continued development of AI features built directly into PROVYS Sphere — including data analytics, user-facing assistive tools, automation of routine operations, and support for planning processes.
  • In sports scheduling and data integrations: expanded support for automated sports data processing, automated scheduling, external API integrations, and workflows for modern digital distribution platforms.
  • An ongoing programme to improve the efficiency of project and service delivery, standardise implementation processes, and manage project profitability laying a sustainable foundation for future growth.
