Meet PROVYS and CVE at Milano Audiovisual Forum 2026

We’re heading to Milano Audiovisual Forum 2026 with our Italian partner CVE. Meet us on 15 October at Kready in Milan to share your plans, ask questions, and explore opportunities to work together.

Together with our partner CVE, we’ll be at Milano Audiovisual Forum (MAF) on 15 October 2026 at Kready in Milan. We’ll present new developments in live sports planning and AI, focusing on the daily needs of broadcast teams.

Keeping live sports plans connected

Live sport rarely follows a fixed script. When a match runs late or a start time changes, the work extends beyond adjusting a broadcast slot. Recordings, replays, and supporting content need to follow the revised plan, often across both TV and digital channels.

Sphere brings these activities together, with new developments focused on keeping them aligned as events unfold. For planners, this means seeing the event as a whole, rather than treating each recording or replay as a separate task. With a shared view, teams can react to changes without losing track of what needs to happen elsewhere.

AI that supports the planner

The AI assistant in Sphere already helps teams prepare programme descriptions and translations, taking on some of the repetitive work involved in preparing content for audiences.

We’re now developing specialised agents to support broader planning tasks. Working together on a planning objective, they will help with analysis and routine execution. Planners will still set the channel’s direction and retain control over validation, decisions, and approvals.

Planned capabilities also include asking questions about operational data in everyday language, making information easier to access.

Transitioning to the web

Much of the production management functionality is now available through the Sphere web interface. Sphere also supports end-to-end production management, including project planning, resource scheduling, contracting, budgeting, and cost tracking. This enables broadcasters to optimise resource allocation, manage studio space and time efficiently, and maintain full visibility and control over production costs.

Meet us at MAF

Whether you already know PROVYS or are meeting us for the first time, we’d love to talk. Together with CVE, we’ll be there to listen to your plans, answer your questions, and explore opportunities to work together.

To arrange a meeting, contact your PROVYS or CVE representative, or email info@provys.com. You’re also welcome to come and say hello on the day.

See you in Milan!
