Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, which has successfully completed its first year. You will help shape the story of our products and bring them to customers — television companies across local and international markets.

Your goal will be to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time through campaigns, tailored content, and go-to-market activities. You will work closely with the sales and product teams, contribute to sales enablement materials, and help generate and develop business opportunities across B2B markets locally and internationally.

If you enjoy marketing with a measurable business impact and have 2 years of experience in a B2B company or with SaaS products, this role is for you.

 

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans.
  • Create and deliver clear and consistent product messaging across customer segments and communication channels (social media, newsletters, website, product sheets, case studies).
  • Prepare segment-based analyses and basic marketing reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external specialists (copywriters, graphic studio, web administrators).
  • Coordinate the production of printed marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Update and maintain data in internal systems.
  • Coordinate the production of short marketing videos.
  • Support the organization of marketing and customer events.
 
 

You should know or have before joining:

  • English proficiency (spoken and written) at B2 level.
  • Ability to communicate internally in Czech or Slovak.
  • Copywriting skills and the ability to translate technical terminology into business-friendly language (articles, presentations, product sheets).
  • User-level experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
  • Understanding of the production process for printed and promotional materials.
  • Experience organizing smaller events.
  • User-level experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel).

In the coming year, we aim to significantly improve product communication so customers better understand the value of our solutions. We also plan to launch new communication campaigns to increase visibility and support the company’s sales activities.
