After a year full of projects and new installations, PROVYS is again going to present its visions, products, and services at IBC 2008 in Amsterdam.

Monday 7th January 2008 - PROVYS, the integrated software solutions provider for the broadcast sector, has been contracted by Sony Pictures Television International (SPTI) to develop software to effectively manage programme content for Sony’s on-demand service, Screen Gems.

Broadcast management software solution PROVYS® TVoffice and its air-time sales extension PROVYS Sales have been successfully tested on the Sun Microsystems architecture.

After two years PROVYS has completed development of its brand-new PROVYS Sales software solution supporting commercial activities in the broadcasting industry. While the first customer implementation project is already running the new PROVYS Sales software is going to be shown on IBC 2007. The software will be available to other customers from October 2007.

PROVYS is going to demonstrate its software solutions for broadcast management at IBC2007, RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre, Amsterdam.

Following its development plan for this year and requirements of its clients PROVYS has heavily invested into its production management module to extend scope and depth of its functionality. The production module as provided by PROVYS now covers all expectations of both commercial and public broadcasters.

PROVYS has successfully completed development of its new metadata archive support and has delivered first implementation of its functionality to one of its enterprise clients.

For the second time PROVYS is going to present its software products for broadcast management at NAB.
