PROVYS is demonstrating new features on NAB 2010

PROVYS is keen to announce that, despite the financial crisis, the last year has been the most successful in its 15 years old history.
The PROVYS team reached ambitious financial results, started and completed several implementation projects and developed new extensions of its flagship products PROVYS TVoffice and PROVYS Sales. Besides many smaller the improvements made during the last year the extensions include:

• improved annual broadcast content, acquisition, and production planning tools with budgeting features
• long-term scenario based content planning tool with alternative rights spending and cost calculations
• improved sales workflow support and integration with the programming content
• sponsored transmission items sales process support
• revenue optimizer integration for sales operations
• sales media plan reporting and formatting
• music channel planning support, music selection software integration
• rule-based transmission content generator for thematic channels
• secondary event planning and rule-based scheduling tool
• secondary event generators integration and on-screen preview
• multi-level audio-track registration, scheduling and play-out features for multi-lingual broadcasting operations 

 

All the above mentioned extensions will be presented during the NAB show and are immediately available for implementation projects as well as extensions to our current customers as a part of our upgrade programme.

The current situation on the market, availability of resources and potentials of the future prospects are an ideal combination to get ready for the future projects and customer demands. In the last year PROVYS has started the biggest architecture redesign in its history to transfer the end-user application into the .NET environment with increased integration and customization features and highly improved end-user experience. During the NAB show the PROVYS team is going to present these features of the .NET end-user application framework:

- .NET end-user application architecture, design and features - preliminary feature presentation
- .NET end-user application designer and customization tool for end-user application design
- .NET based applications for Internet based access to PROVYS functions and data with database searching, integrated content preview and other options
