PROVYS in the year 2009

This past year was one of the most eventful years for PROVYS in our 15 year history.

Despite of the financial crisis we have generated strong financial results based on strong product and project strategy. We believe these results provide evidence that PROVYS strategy, business process experience, software development and consulting skills are based on solid basis and PROVYS is a sound partner for broadcaster's workflow implementation and support.

To highlight the financial results PROVYS has shown that:

-- it is the strongest broadcast management software solution in the Middle and Eastern European countries with a solid base of customers in Western Europe
-- it is extending its geographical presence into the whole EMEA region
-- its team is capable to extend its capacities to support a growing number of installations
-- its experience is regarded as an additional value to provide information and skills for broadcaster management teams

The year 2009 was also a year of investments into future growth. PROVYS in particular has been working on these projects to strengthen its market and financial position:

-- our technology architecture redesign project has provided first results and promises great results to be shown during the oncoming years
-- we are intensively working with our technology and integration partners to provide a full-scale media asset management solution
-- ongoing development effort is invested into our business process modules to enhance our traditionally strong features of planning, scheduling, production management and air-time sales support

With the significant improvements we have made to our processes, organization and products we are well positioned to manage the current market challenges and to provide growing value to our customers and partners. We are confident to manage our business through these turbulent years and to emerge as a stronger and yet more competitive company.
